Both founders grew up in New Hampshire, pitched at Division I programs, and played professionally. That's the lens through which every decision in this program gets made.
Home, away, alternate, and black alternate — all included in your program fee. No extra charge for gear. Players provide their own pants.
Placement is by ability, not strictly by age. Better players move up. Every player gets placed where they genuinely belong.
High-level competition and real exposure. These are players with college ambitions and a schedule designed to put them in front of the right people.
Development over recruitment. More team camps, more coaching reps, less pressure — the right environment for players who are still building the full package.
Every roster is built around pitching depth and positional balance. We take competitors who buy into the process.
A two-way player fills a pitching slot and a position slot in one roster spot. A PO fills the mound slot at a lower fee — we fill the position slot separately. We don't force the numbers. We take the right players and let the roster settle naturally.
No add-ons. No per-tournament charges. One commitment, one fee.
Every Prospect Select event on the schedule — included. Nothing extra at the gate.
3 jerseys, 3 hats, cleats, turfs, bag, belt, socks, shorts, tee, and more. Full breakdown below.
16/17U: one overnight camp. 15/16U: two overnight camps. All camp fees included in the program fee.
10 Sunday morning team practices (~2 hrs each) + 10 Wednesday night team skills sessions (8–9 PM). These are ECT team events included in tuition — separate from each player's individual 603 EVO training.

A head coach and a college-player assistant at every practice and every game, all season long.

Included in your ECT tuition are 10 team practices on Sunday mornings (approximately 2 hours each) and 10 Wednesday night team skills sessions (8–9 PM).
